The event includes a total of twenty-four (24) workshops of exhibitors where wine varieties with an educational part will be presented, and the same will be held on 23, 24, 28 February 2023 and 1 March 2023 at the Hotel Dubrovnik, Zagreb, Gajeva ulica 1, from 14:00 to 19:30, Vinart Grand Tasting to be held on March 3 and 4, 2023 and Petit Tasting to be held on February 25, 2023 in Lauba, Zagreb, Prilaz baruna Filipovića 23a, in the period from 12.00 to 19.00.
Ticket prices for individual workshops will be definitely listed under the heading "Tickets", and the amount of ticket prices varies depending on the individual exhibitors.
The ticket for Vinart Grand Tasting is 30 EUR.
Ticket prices include value added tax, as well as other costs.
2. Terms of sale
Tickets purchased through the webshop can be paid by credit / debit card or prepaid option.
Ticket prices are shown under the heading "Tickets" and each ticket becomes valid after the full payment of the stated amount, in relation to each day of the program.
The purchased ticket is in the name and it is not possible to exchange the purchased ticket or transfer it to another person. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of all entered data when buying tickets. Subsequent changes are not possible. Every person who wants to attend the event must have a ticket. After paying the entire amount for the ticket, the buyer is obliged to print it out (print at home) and such a ticket is used to enter the event.
In accordance with Art. 79, paragraph 1, vol. 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the distance contract (refund) given that the subject of the contract is the provision of leisure services, which occur at a specific time or in a certain period.
In cases of ticket purchase through the website www.grandtasting-vinart.com, re-issuance of tickets may be charged.
VINART d.o.o. for security, organizational and technical reasons it has the ability to suspend web sales at any time.
Each buyer, ticket holder or user is responsible for the proper use of the ticket. He will compensate the damage and exempt VINART d.o.o. from any claims for damages and liability suffered or incurred in connection with a breach of these Terms of Business or any other applicable laws or regulations.
Reproduction, sale or sale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to use a ticket that does not comply with these terms and conditions will result in the termination of that ticket.
The buyer is obliged to keep the purchased tickets, their serial numbers and barcodes and may not give them to third parties. VINART d.o.o. is not responsible for stolen, lost, destroyed or copied tickets.
3. Refund
The ticket buyer is not entitled to a refund for the purchased ticket (which applies to all tickets for the workshops held on 23, 24 and 28 February 2022, respectively, 01 March 2022 and the Petit Tasting festival on 25 February 2023., as well as the Vinart Grand Tasting festival to be held on 3 and 4 March 2022), except in the case of cancellation of the festival due to extraordinary circumstances caused by COVID-19 diseases.
Refund of the ticket price for the above events will be refunded to the customer by credit card or bank account, depending on the method of purchase / payment, less accompanying costs (shipping costs, transactions, services, etc.) only if the ticket buyer requests a refund for the purchased ticket within the exact period that will be defined / published by VINART doo on the website www.grandtasting-vinart.com; otherwise, the buyer will not be able to get a refund of the price of the purchased ticket, but the ticket will be valid for the same events that will take place in the coming period when circumstances allow.
4. Notice on the manner of filing an objection
Pursuant to Article 10 of the CPA, we inform consumers that they may express their dissatisfaction with the purchase of a product or service provided in writing.

5. Online payment security statement
When paying on our website, use CorvusPay - an advanced system for secure acceptance of payment cards online. CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card.

6. Statement on the protection and collection of personal data and their use
VINART d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers' personal data by collecting only necessary, basic customer data necessary to meet our obligations, informing customers about how to use the collected data, regularly giving customers the opportunity to choose the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not to remove their name from the list used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this information to do their job. All employees of VINART d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy.
We carry out data protection in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. 7. Payment
All payments will be made in Euro. When paying with your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the current exchange rate list of the cardholders' association. As a result of the price conversion, there is a possibility of a small difference in the amount compared to the original price displayed on our website.
Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners and Discover cards.
